I had an outstanding experience with Outdoor Kitchen Factory, and I can’t say enough about the incredible service and craftsmanship provided by David and his team. From the very first consultation, David was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping us bring our vision to life. His professionalism stood out immediately—he listened carefully to our needs and offered creative solutions that worked beautifully within our space and budget.

The quality of work from start to finish was nothing short of exceptional. Every detail was executed with precision, and the final product truly exceeded our expectations. It’s rare these days to find a team that takes such pride in their work and delivers with such integrity. David’s team was respectful, punctual, and left the work area spotless every day.

What impressed me most was the level of craftsmanship—it’s clear they care about doing things the right way, not the easy way. The finished space looks absolutely stunning and has added incredible value to our home.

Beyond sending referrals their way, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to them again and again for future projects. Highly recommend!

This Jacuzzi was one of the best purchases I made. The staff was very informative and responsive to my questions, not only before delivery but after as well.

All the employees / installers super informative and helpful . Whole process was very smooth . Will definitely use these guys again for future projects !
